What is the life span of Oli-Melo Products?
The lifespan of Oli-Melo products depends on the frequency with which you use them. Regular cleaning helps prolong the lifespan. Based on a daily use (with for example the Oli-Melo baby Earmuff) we recommend replacing the Earmuff after 1 year, to guarantee the optimal sound isolation as per the original product warranty. Earmuff that are not used on a daily basis of course have a much longer lifespan.
Does the Oli-Melo products have a warranty?
Absolutely. All of Oli-Melo products offer a refund warranty if the product does not offer the exact expected result as per each product’s description. To learn more about our return policy, please visit the Return policy page.

You can buy all Oli-Melo products on our webshop www.oli-melo.com. Orders placed on working days before 20:00 CET will be shipped the same day.
Furthermore, Oli-Melo products are sold in over 6 countries worldwide, online as well as offline.

What baby sizes do you offer?
Finding the right size is key to maximize comfort and output for your sweetheart. Oli-Melo offers different sizes for certain products as well as universal sizes for others :
- Baby Earmuff : The headband is adjustable and therefore universal for all sizes, from tiny 3 months old heads all the way to toddlers head.
- Clothing : All clothing sizes are based on European sizes. You can find the EU/UK/USA reference for each size in the Size charts below.
How do I find the right size for my baby?
We strongly recommend measuring your baby to determine her/his clothing size. Oli-Melo products are all using European as well as USA sizes for references as follow :

How do I find my bra size?
The standard cup size refers to the typical cup measurement you wear, and the standard band size refers to the typical band size you wear. For example, if you typically wear a 34D bra, you would wear a size M in the Perfect Pumping Bra. If you typically wear a 38G bra, you would wear a 2XL in the Perfect Pumping Bra.

Does Nipple sizing change over time?
Nipple size can change throughout your breastfeeding journey, often getting smaller over time. If you sized at the hospital and are considering purchasing a Oli-Melo breast pump several months into breastfeeding, it’s time to re-size.
We recommend re-sizing every three months, or anytime you order a fresh flange or insert. We also suggest re-sizing whenever you experience an unexpected change in volume or comfort, as that may indicate an incorrect flange size.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
We thrive to never have any item out-of-stock. Although, due to COVID 19 delivery disruptions from our production manufactories, these events can happen. In that case, feel free to contact our support team to have the latest update about when the product you are looking for will be available again.

How much does the Baby earmuff protect my baby's ears?
The baby earmuff attenuate the Decibel levels according to the frequency of the sound received. Its Signal-To-Noise (SNR) is 23 and here is the detail per frequency :
How do I clean the baby earmuff?
You can clean the Baby earmuff with any cleaning wipe or hydroalcoholic gel. Do not put water inside the cushion to avoid altering the quality of the sound attenuation.
You can clean the headband by wahing them manually with any laundry detergent. DO NOT wash them using in a washing machine to avoid altering the quality of the anti-slip bands.

What type of Warranty does my Oli-Melo products have?
Each Oli-Melo product is sold with a unique warranty specific to its Oli-Melo product type:
- Oli-Melo Baby Earmuff :
Oli-Melo Baby Earmuff are covered under a 30 day warranty from the date of the warranty activation, which can only happen 7 days after the product purchase. Since the Baby Earmuff are single-user devices, use by more than one person, including purchasing second hand, will invalidate the warranty. Please keep your original proof of purchase from www.oli-melo.com or an authorized retailer as it is required to exercise your warranty. This product warranty allows you to return the product to then either profit of a full refund (minus return shipping cost) OR being entitled to a free of charge replacement of the product to the address of initial purchase. - Oli-Melo Baby clothing and accessories:
Oli-Melo Baby clothing and accessories are covered under a 30 day warranty from the product purchase date. Any second hand purchase invalidates the warranty. Please keep your original proof of purchase from www.oli-melo.com or an authorized retailer as it is required to exercise your warranty. This product category warranty allows you to return the product to then either profit of a full refund (minus return shipping cost) OR being entitled to a free of charge replacement of the product to the address of initial purchase. What should i do in case of an incomplete or defected product?
If you believe that something might be missing with the delivered product or is not matching its description, please contact our Customer Service via our chatbox in the bottom right corner of your screen, via our social media account, via our contact page, or simply by sending us an email to contact@oli-melo.com within 7 days after arrival of your order. We will then make sure to provide a full replacement or refund following this specific product Return policy.
